Important: Emby setup & 4K playback

Create your Emby Connect account first. Visit Emby Connect, choose Sign Up and complete any email verification. Already registered? Use your existing account. Request this trial with the same email address.
Accept the server confirmation. After requesting access, check your inbox and junk folder for any Emby Connect confirmation email. Accept the invitation and confirm access to the server, then sign in through Emby Connect.
Set your remote video bitrate. After signing in, go to Settings → Playback → Video. Change Remote Video Quality from Auto to the highest numbered bitrate available, such as 200 Mbps. This avoids a low quality limit causing unnecessary transcoding of 4K and 4K Dolby Vision.

Menu names vary by app. Your connection and device must support the video; this setting cannot guarantee direct play. Lower it if you experience buffering.
